Summer Adventure Camp is proud to share they are offering free lunches, in partnership with Benzie Central Schools, to all campers throughout all 11 weeks of summer. 7 weeks of lunches are offered free of cost, courtesy of Benzie Central Schools, and the other 4 weeks of lunches were donated by Advent Lutheran Church.
Who said there's no such thing as a free lunch?
Summer Adventure Camp will offer free lunch daily to all enrolled campers. This enhancement of our program is made possible in part by Benzie Central schools, who facilitate a free breakfast and lunch program for kids for 7 weeks throughout the summer. To provide lunch to campers on the rest of the weeks of our 111-week summer camp, Advent Lutheran Church is donating a free lunch to all campers, in addition to the 2 daily snacks and "Pizza Friday" already part of the Summer Adventure Camp program.
June 10-June 21: Lunch donated by Advent Lutheran Church
June 23- August 16: Lunch provided to all Benzie County children from Benzie Central Schools, including children within Benzie county during lunch hours.
August 16- August 30: Lunch donated by Advent Lutheran Church

Weekly Menus Posted on the Camp Website
We have posted the first two weeks of our weekly menus of snacks and lunch entrees on the camp website, and we will post the upcoming weeks' menu 1 week prior to the beginning of camp.
If you or your camper has specific food tastes or requests, you are also welcome to bring your own snacks and lunches on any day. If you choose to send food for your child, we have a refrigerator available on all non-fieldtrip days to store food. On field trip days, if you are sending food, please send it in an insulated bag with an ice pack if it should remain cool through the morning.

Our garden camp is the first week of the summer, and we're kicking it off by "snacking like the Very Hungry Caterpillar". We're balancing out all the tasty fruits the Hungry Caterpillar snacks on with a variety of healthy and fun "distinctly camp" snacks to bring to life the classic summer camp experience we are delivering all summer long.
